We reserve all the rights to change the terms and conditions at our judgment.

1. Sponsors & Users: All the services offered for the purchase on this website are provided by our sponsors. If our users want to buy or purchase any services available on this website, such as “ booking tours, hotels etc.”, the users has to deal with our sponsors and not with us since this deal is between the users and the sponsors. NepalTravelDirectory.Com would not be liable for any disputes arise from any supplies made by such sponsors. All such supplies or sales are or may be on the “Policy Guidelines” of the sponsor ‘s website.

2. Brochure Accuracy: While we endeavor to ensure that the information given in this brochure is correct at the time of printing, services, facilities and activities may change. Accordingly, we do not warrant, represent or guarantee that any service facility or activity shown in this brochure will actually be available and accordingly we can accept no liability in this respect. You must check with your organizers before purchasing or booking any services.

3. Doing a reservation: If you would like to do the booking or reservation, you have to pay a small non-refundable service fee for each reservation. You would be liable to pay the remaining balance to your organizer or service providers before you use the services from them. NepalTravelDirectory.Com will issue you the booking confirmation on behalf of the organizer or travel service provider for each booking, but doesn’t accept any charges against any additional services or taxes charged by the service providers. We strongly suggest you to contact your service provider for any confirmation, cancellation or postponed programs.

4. Booking through Us: If you would like to do the booking through us we charge you 15% non-refundable deposit of the total sales price to confirm the reservation. This booking amount will not be refunded under any circumstances, either voluntarily or involuntarily OR even if you don’t want to get the particular service you had chosen or you want to change the “service and time” you had chosen at the time of booking. You will be responsible to pay the remaining balance of 85% before you get the services.

5. Cancellations: All the cancellations must be done at least 72 hours earlier of the arrival date to avoid bigger penalties. If you want to cancel the reservation, please kindly send us a cancellation request at nepaltraveldirectory.com, at least 3 days prior to the arrival date. NepalTravelDirectory.Com would not accept any liability for losses, additional expenses or any claim whatsoever due to changes in accommodation or other travel services, sickness, weather, strikes or any other cause.

6. No liability in credit card or debit card transactions: We try our level best to ensure that all the credit card and debit card transactions are secure, but however, if any unauthorized charges appear on your credit or debit card statement for any card used on this website any time during or after you make your reservation, conduct your transaction or disclose your card details on this website, NepalTravelDirectory.Com shall not be liable or responsible in any way in respect of any damage or loss of whatsoever nature suffered by you arising from or in any way connected with said use, transaction or disclosure, subject only to any legal rights which you may have.

7. We are a distributor of content/information supplied by third parties and users of the website. Any opinions, advices, statements, services, offers, or other information or contents expressed or made available by third parties, including the information providers, or users, are those of the authors or distributors and not us. We do not necessarily endorse nor are we responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice or statement made on the website.

You irreversibly concur that the high courts of Nepal shall have special authority to settle any dispute, which may start out of, under, or in connection with these terms and for those purposes irrevocably submit all arguments to the jurisdiction of the high court in Nepal. The place of presentation shall be in Kathmandu, Nepal.
